A major project to upload books from streaming platforms

I have a serious issue regarding books available only on platforms like Perlego, Ingebooks, etc.: ideally, someone paying for the service would be able to download and upload specific files—specifically, I am referring to engineering books from the publisher Reverté for Spanish speakers. I have been constantly asking for and waiting for one book in particular: *Análisis y proyecto de mecanismos* (Analysis and Design of Mechanisms) by D.
