This is supposed to be what moderation is for. You upload, check the language on the book is correct, and that determines which moderator the book goes to (it goes to more than one, but they all can read that language).

That's not how moderation works, sadly. Similar problem when tor users get 300mb books to review.

You can always 'skip this book' if you don't wish to moderate it. There's no penalty no matter how many books you skip, and they're just assigned to somebody else. Do the ones you can. Every book ...
