They are trying. This is the work of an external party.

To put it another way:

If the ship is currently on fire after another ship fired at it, there is nothing you can rearrange in your cabin to stop the decks being ablaze or the electrical network having shrapnel-sized holes in it. It doesn't matter how well-appointed said cabin is, or how commanding a view over the explosion site you have. Moving the drinks cabinet from the west wall to the east wall will not silence the electrical sparking down on deck 3.

Dragging your cabin fridge from the kitchenette to the bathroom will not silence the pumps working frantically all along the port side of the vessel. Changing the colour or material of your shower head will not help the people running around with fire hoses and frantically trying to stop the orange glow from spreading.

In short, changing your wallpaper or rearranging the deckchairs will not help the damage control teams in the slightest. Give them time to do their jobs, please.

从版权状况来看，相当一部分的书版权情况存疑，因此，使用Z-library在很多国家是不合法的（在中国理论上也是这样，只是没人管）。所以不管用户还是管理都不会给你提供任何他们的身份或位置信息，因为这可能让他们深陷囹圄。

z-library的官方网址之一是z-lib.fm，官方支持邮箱是support@z-lib.fm。

这个论坛上试图帮助你的用户(@Vika等)，包括我，大多只是普通用户和版主（相当于高级用户、书籍整理员），不是网站的管理员，不能看到你向支持邮箱发的东西，也没有办法对网站服务做什么，只能在使用方法和上传书籍上给你一些帮助。要找网站管理方，请联系上面提到的邮箱。

Z-library is a website for sharing books worldwide. In theory, downloading all books is free, but to cover the site's operating costs, you need to sponsor or participate in reviewing tasks if you want to download more than 20 books a day.

In terms of copyright, a significant portion of the books have questionable copyright status, so using Z-library is illegal in many countries (theoretically in China too, though no one actually cares). That's why neither users nor admins will give you any of their personal or location information—it could land them in serious trouble.

One of the official Z-library sites is z-lib.fm, and the official support email is support@z-lib.fm.

Most users on this forum trying to help you (@Vika, etc.), including me, are just regular users or moderators (basically advanced users and book organizers), not site admins. They can't see what you send to the support email and can't do anything about the site's services; they can only give you tips on using the site and uploading books. To reach the site admins, contact the email above.

Contacting cybersecurity authorities is useless. Both the real and fake servers are set up overseas, so authorities can't interfere. Also, doing this kind of sounds like you're trying to legally threaten the volunteers who are trying to help you.
